I first met Brooklynn one year ago for her newborn session. Having three young children of my own, I know how quickly they change and grow up. That first year even more so than the rest. Going from a newborn that needs you for everything, to a one year old that is walking and has a mind of their own. It truly is incredible. It’s one of the main reason’s why I became a photographer. First it was capturing my own children as they quickly grew and changed before my eyes. Now I am honored other families entrust me to capture these memories for them.
I never know how cake smashes are going to go. Some little ones don’t want to touch the cake. Other’s dive right in. Sometime there’s something in between. Brooklynn knew right away it was food and loved every bite!
