I’m a bit behind on blogging and hoping to catch up now that the holidays are over. It was a pleasure seeing miss A at her home in Oxford CT. I have been photographing her since she was a baby. I love seeing her grow and her personality develop. For this session we decided to do a lifestyle photography session to capture her personality. We divided the time up between playing outside and playing inside as well.

Lifestyle Photography
While I do a lot of posed photography, I have been having fun dipping into lifestyle photography. Lifestyle photography captures everyday life in an artistic manner. When I do lifestyle sessions, I do a combination of posed and lifestyle. There are so many different types of ideas that can be done with lifestyle sessions. Especially in the winter when we spend more time indoors. Think baking cookies, playing board games.
