Gorgeous Anna met me at Danbury for her maternity session. She was 36 weeks and absolutely stunning. We chose for their maternity session to take place at Tarrywile park in Danbury. It was a perfect location between Anna & Bosco in Norwalk and myself in Newtown. It just so happens that they had their wedding pictures done at Tarrywile as well! We headed up towards the water first. The light was just beautiful and this fall evening. Anna was such a trooper for making the treck. While I love the beauty of Tarrywile, there is definitely a lot of walking to get to my favorite locations!
On the way down we stopped in the fields. Oh how I love the fields. Did I mention the light was gorgeous that evening? At some point during this set is where I ended up with little prickers all in my sweater! I didn’t realize until I got home. I think I’ve picked them all out by now!
It was at the end of the session. The sun was going down and it was gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. Did I mention I love light? And that originally the forecast was calling for rain. We even had a backup rain date scheduled just in case. Luckily we didn’t need it. I didn’t need anymore images. I had more than enough for their gallery. But I wanted one more. I asked Anna if she was up for walking up that hill and told her what I wanted to do. She agreed and I’m so glad! I just love silhouettes. Depending on the location it’s not always possible which makes me love them even more. Thank you Anna for walking up the hill!

I am currently booking newborn, baby, and maternity sessions through the end of the year. Newborn sessions take place at my residential studio located in Newtown, CT. It’s 10 minutes off of I84. Newborn sessions are being booked as far out as Feb 2016! I will always do my best to fit in last minute newborn sessions.
